I live in the UK but I lived in Japan for 9 years.
I am a tutor and I offer English lessons from beginner to advanced to people from anywhere.

I have an MA in English with TEFL, a CELTA and I also hold an N2 qualification in Japanese.
I have 10+ years' experience teaching in class and online.
I have taught grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking (including pronunciation) to students all over the world.
I want you to talk more than me, so I will always encourage you to speak as much as you can. Don't be afraid to make mistakes, the more mistakes the better.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY
Please notify me 12 hours before the lesson time to cancel/reschedule.
If a student is late or absent , I will wait for only half of the lesson time to pass: (With or without notification) 30-min class (15 mins max) 45-min class (23 mins max) 60-min class (30 mins max)
After half of the lesson goes by, I will leave the communication tool and charge the full price of the class. If you book a class you have automatically agreed to my terms.Mijn lesmateriaal

こちらの話をよく聞いてくれる、こちらの話そうとしている話題に上手に合わせて会話をしてくれる、さらにその中でポイントとなる言葉や表現を的確に教えてくれるという点で、「発話を引き出す」のが非常に上手な先生です。多くの日本人の学習者の方にGez先生のレッスンをお勧めします。日本語も流暢な方なので、英語のレッスン中なのに、日本語での会話も楽しめてしまいます！

This was the last lesson before the big day and Gez helped me a lot with the practice for the speaking tests. We reviewed the accuracy of some grammar sentences and went through a final round, and thanks to him I now feel more confident. Thank you Gez for all of the help!
