About Me

I've been living in London, UK, for 11 years now and lived/worked in Mexico for a year and a half and travelled to South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. I love being outdoors, trail running, cycling, and hiking. I've discovered Kung Fu and Tai Chi which I've been practicing for 3 years. It's prompted me to plan to travel to China to train and live there for a few months and learn Chinese. I love writing, mainly poetry, in French, English, and Spanish. Grâce à mes voyages, mon métier, mes centres d'intérêt et les arts martiaux, je rencontre des personnes merveilleuses qui ont une langue maternelle, une culture différente et c'est tellement enrichissant de pouvoir partager tout ça!

Me as a Teacher

Patient, supportive, French native speaker, I've been teaching for 15 years, have a very diverse experience: students aged 7 to 70+ who I helped with CNED, DELF A1-B2, DALF C1, (i)GCSE, AS/A Levels, proofreading, grammar, vocabulary, general conversation. Start your day with French (morning before work) or have a 'lunch break' French conversation, to fit in your busy schedule. I'm going on this adventure with italki both as a learner and a tutor and I love this sense of community, the same I find in martial arts so ... Come and join me! My lessons & teaching style

We'll first talk about what you're looking for and how I will help you reach your language goals. Whether you need to work on some specific grammar points, focus on pronunciation, talk about your next trip to France or just have some questions, I will adapt to your needs. My classes are relaxed, even for exam preparation, as I want you to enjoy the learning process. I want you to feel comfortable, to learn vocabulary relevant to your own situation so that you can be more confident, spontaneous, and natural when speaking. Asseyez-vous confortablement, une petite tasse de café ou de thé à la main, et discutons!
