Moto Happy Tutor

Moto is an excellent teacher. He explains the literal translations and historical origins of phrases and words. This can be very helpful especially when such phrases exhibit some exception to the "rules." He gives great examples of equivalents in english to help students comprehend difficult concepts or subtle aspects of the language. Expectations and goals are very clear throughout the process. Moto is good at understanding my larger goals and breaking each meeting into a small lesson that is in service of my larger goals.

Moto sensei is such a great teacher! He's very helpful no matter the level your at, and the conversations we have are very fun to me. I enjoy our lessons and they've definitely helped me improve my Japanese skills immensely. I recommend him to everyone trying to learn a new language. I look forward to many more lessons together!

Moto san helped explain the subtleties for using vocabulary and phrases that simply are not explained in the textbooks. HE provided a good plan for homework between lessons. I recommend Moto san for any student looking to get in depth explanations and attention.
